Free shipping on all orders over $120.

$9.95 flat rate on all standard Australian orders.

All standard orders are generally processed and sent within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, please allow a further 1-6 business days for your order to arrive via Auspost.

If you would like to receive your order earlier than this, please select "Express shipping" at checkout. Orders sent via express will reach you within 1-3 business days after being sent. 

Please note that during busy periods such as sales & new product launches, your order may take up to 7 business days to be processed. 

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. 

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Blanc + Nero. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.
