Damaged Deliveries

We take utmost care when wrapping orders for posting. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact info@blancnero.com within 30 days of arrival, including a description of the damage and photographic evidence. We will happily exchange or refund your order.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind, however If the scent you have chosen is not to your liking, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another scent. Exchanges will only be accepted on items returned within 30 days of purchase and do not include discontinued products. To successfully exchange your order, please follow this procedure:

  1. Email info@blancnero.com with your purchase number and the new scent you would like to receive.
  2. Return the original order in unused condition at your own shipping expense. Please note that if there is damage to the packaging or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
  3. Blanc + Nero will send out the exchange product with free shipping.
